岗位职责:

You will be responsible to conduct marketing campaign, product promotion, implement territory marketing plan, improve territory distributors and customers' product cognition, increase customers' coverage and sales volume.
进行市场活动,产品推广,提高客户和经销商产品认知度,提高终端客户仪器产出。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Conducting key project promotion, including: Tumor, Thyroid, Hormonem, Cardiac, PCT etc., and increase regional sales volume of these related products;
进行重点项目的推广,包括:肿瘤,甲功,激素,心肌标志物,降钙素原等,提高区域内客户仪器产出。
2. Supporting sales team and distributor teams to achieve sales target;
配合销售团队及经销商团队完成制定的销售任务。
3. Working closely with sales and distributors, developing and maintaining regional TOP/Focus customers, assisting with sales and distributors to develop TOP/Focus customers, maintain and improve reagent consumption;
与销售及经销商紧密合作,发展和维护区域TOP和Focus客户,协助销售和经销商对TOP和Focus客户的开发,维护及推广上量工作。
4. Training and developing resellers, improving reseller's product recognition;
培训及发展特约分销商,提升特约分销商产品认知
5. Responsible for marketing campaign, including: hospital meetings, area events etc. to make more customers aware of Roche products;
进行推广活动,包括:院内会,城市会等模式,以达到更多客户认知罗氏产品。
6. Developing and maintaining regional speakers;
发展和维护区域讲者。
7. Submitting weekly report and monthly report.
提交周报和月报

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
You should hold at least bachelor degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration.
临床诊断学科或商业管理专业本科及以上学历
You should have:
1. Good command of English in both spoken and written. Good command of MS office software application;
英语说写能力俱佳,熟练应用微软办公软件
2. Product & Application Expertise;
产品和应用的专业知识
3. Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics work or 3 years Marketing/ Sales or Application experience in a similar industry.
