You will be responsible for executing sales and customer support.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Knowing customer and develop the target market. Following up responsible customers in one's own accounts and optimizing the use of expenses budget.
掌握客户信息开发目标市场,跟进所负责新兴市场客户,优化使用预算内开支
2. Managing suitable distributor network, assisting and monitoring performance of distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
管理经销网络,协助、监督经销商的销售业绩以确保年度目标的完成
3. Supporting distributors to have a better coverage of end users.
支持经销商 加强 终端客户的覆盖
4. Developing and maintaining customers, increasing in-market sales.
发展、维护新兴市场客户,提高终端客户的销量产出
5. Observing competitors closely and cooperation with tendering team and following up the process in the area.
观察地区内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程
6. Market data collection and providing insights to area manager in a regular basis.
收集市场数据并定时整理上报
7. Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management in respective Emerging market. Leading sales effort with the coordination with CC and other support teams.
确保指定的新兴市场的客户满意度,对VIP客户的管理。与CC团队和其他支持团队合作,全力主导销售活动。

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
You shoud hold Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree.
检验相关专业本科或硕士学历; 工商管理硕士尤佳
You should have:
1. Conversational communication in both spoken and written English.
能够使用英文进行熟练的口头及书面沟通
2. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
3. At least 5 years' similar sales experience in the relevant industry. Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus.
至少5 年相关行业销售经验,有市场和渠道开拓经验尤佳
