You will be responsible for key account management and team management in the designated area.
负责区域内的客户管理和团队管理

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Achieving business objective and expense budget set by Area Manager in the assigned area and Key Accounts;
完成地区经理制定的该区域及关键客户业务目标及预算内开支
2. Managing KA team and in coordination with other function support team resources in order to support key account management activities;
管理负责的关键客户团队,调动协调各支持部门资源,以全力支持关键客户管理的相关活动
3. Working closely with marketing team and providing proposal so as to exploit full marketing opportunities;
与市场部紧密合作并提供建议方案,以全面开拓市场机会
4. Reinforcing implementation of Key Account Management system in the assigned area and key accounts;
加强负责区域内的大客户管理系统的执行力度
5. Assisting in yearly budgeting exercise;
协助制定年度计划
6. Assisting in working out forecasting for products required by market;
协助做出产品预测以适应市场需要
7. Ensuring overall Key Accounts satisfaction and responsible for Key account effective management.
确保关键客户整体满意度,对关键客户有效管理

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
You should hold at least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and / or Business Degree.
临床诊断或相关科学专业或商务学位本科及以上学历

You should have:
1. Good command of English in both spoken and written, MS office software application;
英语说写能力俱佳,熟练应用微软办公软件
2. Product & Application Expertise;
产品和应用的专业知识
3. Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics or 5 years Sales experience in a similar industry.
具有医院诊断实验室工作检验或相关行业5年销售经验
