You will be responsible for the Technical Service in the assigned area.
负责指定区域内技术维修服务

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Carrying out day to day routine repair/maintenance instrument work;
日常仪器维护和维修工作
2. Independently completing the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting according to the technical manual;
根据技术手册的要求,独立完成安装,保养和常见故障排除的工作
3. Successfully improving the customers' satisfaction and royalty;
成功地不断提高责任客户满意度和忠诚度
4. Having a comprehensive understanding of the relating service SOP and strictly implementing accordingly;
充分理解公司的相关服务工作流程,并能严格遵照执行
5. Proficiently using the tools such as Rexis, Grips and improving the service skills by continuous learning;
熟练地运用Rexis和Grips等工具,不断学习和提高维修技能
6. Updating the maintenance data timely and accurately according to the requirements of the service SOP;
根据公司服务流程的要求,及时和准确地完成维修数据的更新
7. Coordinating problem resolution with applications, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
协同应用技术,客户服务及其他人员解决问题,加快维修进度

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
You should hold Minimum qualification required is diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical.
电子,机械专业大专及以上学历

You should have:
1. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
英语说写能力俱佳
2. Good command of MS office software application;
熟练应用微软办公软件
3. At least 2 years related experience.
至少两年以上相关工作经验
