You will be responsible for overall Sales Management in the assigned area and ensure to achieve the sales target within sales expense budget pre-set by line manager.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Leading and motivating sales team to achieve or exceed overall team sales objective within expense budget pre -set by line manager through objective goal setting and resource allocation;
2. Managing related end customer opportunities, productivity and distributor channel high efficiently in corresponding sales area, then improving instruments placement and increasing slides consumption accordingly;
3. Submitting regular sales reports to line manager in format and contents as agreed by Company. Performing the role of regular market and competitive information provider for sales and marketing decisions;
4. Actively managing sales performance on monthly basis. Conducting continuous performance evaluation for team members to identify performance gaps and to enhance product knowledge and selling skills eventually to improve team performance;
5. Providing realistic rolling sales forecast on a monthly basis and assisting line manager to prepare annual budget at year-end;
6. Providing COACHING to team members in the field. Leading the team effectively by systematic planning on coaching and development activities. Developing sales team in order to support the rapid business growth and liaising with marketing/region to provide basic product training to new-hires; Ensuring supervisors are exercising coaching and people development activities and receiving systematic regular feedback;
7. Actively maintaining expense tracking system. Building and maintaining good relations with key decision, ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Working closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national programs and activities. Possessing basic marketing concepts and providing regular analysis and inputs to Company on strategic issues like growth
opportunities and threats.

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
You should hold Master degree or higher.
You should have:
1. Good command of English in both spoken and written, MS office software application;
英语说写能力俱佳 ,熟练应用微软办公软件
2. Product & Application Expertise;
3. Good track record for working in a MNC company for five or more years, with related supervisory work experience in sales, application support, customer service or training.
5 年以上相关行业销售,应用支持,客户服务或培训等外企管理工作经验。
